CSUITE Label (ABN 92 306 093 325) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. In this policy, "we", "us" and "CSUITE" mean CSUITE Label.
WHAT WE COLLECT
- Your name, email address, delivery address, billing address and phone number when you place an order.
- Your email address when you join our waitlist or email list.
- Order history, sizes and returns.
- Messages you send to us.
- Technical information such as your device, browser, pages viewed and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.
We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment providers.
HOW WE COLLECT IT
We collect information directly from you when you order, sign up, enter a campaign or contact us. We also collect it automatically when you use our website.
WHY WE USE IT
- To process and deliver your order and handle returns.
- To take payment and prevent fraud.
- To send you emails about your order.
- To send you news, launches and offers if you have joined our list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To run campaigns and contact the selected recipient.
- To understand how our website is used and to advertise CSUITE.
- To meet our legal obligations.

We share information only with businesses that help us run CSUITE:

**During the EOY Refresh giveaway only** (22 September to 6 October 2026), if you join our waitlist, we also share your email address with The Cosmetic Haus Pty Ltd (ABN 16 696 182 742) so they can send you their own marketing. This is separate from the CSUITE list. You can unsubscribe from either one at any time, and unsubscribing from one does not unsubscribe you from the other.
We do not sell your personal information.
OVERSEAS
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada. By using our website and placing an order, you understand that your information may be sent overseas. We take reasonable steps to make sure our providers protect it.
COOKIES AND TRACKING
Our website uses cookies and similar tools. They keep your cart working, help us understand how the website is used, and, when we run ads, help us show CSUITE to people who may be interested. You can block cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work if you do.
MARKETING EMAILS
We only send marketing emails to people who have signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we will remove you.
CAMPAIGNS
If you enter a CSUITE campaign, we use your information to run it and to contact the selected recipient. Campaign terms are published separately.
HOW WE KEEP IT SAFE
We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep order records for as long as the law requires, and email list details until you unsubscribe.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Email admin@csuitelabel.com and we will respond within 30 days.
COMPLAINTS
If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, email us first. If we do not resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
CHANGES
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
