A simple return

Send your request.Choose your preferred option below.
Receive your instructions.Once approved, we will email your confirmed outcome and return instructions. Eligible Australian returns include a prepaid label.
Send it back.Pack your item securely and follow your label instructions. Keep your lodgement receipt.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your approved refund or credit within 5 business days.

Before you request a return

For change of mind, request within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original condition.

The Australian A$15 label offer and A$20 credit bonus apply to eligible orders placed after this policy update. Earlier orders keep their original terms.

One A$20 bonus per original order, not per item. Purchases paid wholly or partly with store credit do not qualify for another bonus. Promotional bonus credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

International return postage is customer-paid. One complimentary size exchange per Australian order includes return postage and Standard delivery of your replacement size, subject to stock and confirmed by email. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unchanged.

Refund: The amount paid for your returned item, less A$15. We’ll provide a prepaid return label once your return is approved.

Store credit + A$20: The amount paid as store credit, plus an extra A$20 towards your next CSUITE piece. Your prepaid label is included, with no return fee.

For eligible Australian change of mind returns. We’ll check your order and confirm your options before you send anything back.
