EOY Refresh Terms and Conditions

Entering the campaign means you accept these terms.

Promoters

CSUITE Label, ABN 92 306 093 325 ("CSUITE"), and The Cosmetic Haus Pty Ltd, ABN 16 696 182 742 ("The Cosmetic Haus"), Bexley North NSW. Together, "the promoters".

Campaign period

Entries open at 12:00 am AEST on 23 September 2026 and close at 3:00 pm AEDT on 7 October 2026.

Who can enter

  • You must be 18 or older and live in Australia, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory.
  • Employees of the promoters and their immediate families cannot enter.
  • Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

How to enter

All three steps are required for a valid entry.

  1. Follow @thecosmetichaus and @csuite__ on Instagram.
  2. Like the campaign post and comment tagging one friend.
  3. Join the CSUITE waitlist at csuitelabel.com.

Each valid comment counts as one entry. A valid comment tags one real Instagram account, from someone who has also completed steps 1 and 3.

Joining the CSUITE waitlist during this campaign also subscribes you to marketing emails from The Cosmetic Haus, separately from CSUITE's own list. You can unsubscribe from either at any time.

The prize

One prize package, made up of:

  • One unreleased CSUITE jumpsuit in Merlot or Onyx Black, in the size chosen by the selected recipient from XS to XL, subject to stock.
  • One Rejuran treatment with Nurse Katerina at The Cosmetic Haus, Bexley North. It must be redeemed by 31 December 2026.

Total prize value: $1,300+.

Selecting the recipient

  • The recipient is drawn at random from all valid entries, shortly after entries close on 7 October 2026.
  • The recipient is announced at 7:00 pm AEDT on 7 October 2026 on @thecosmetichaus and @csuite__, and is contacted by direct message.
  • The recipient has 48 hours from the announcement to claim the prize by replying to that message. If they do not, they lose the prize and another recipient is drawn under the same process. The new recipient has 48 hours from the new announcement.
  • The decision of the promoters is final. We will not enter into correspondence about it.

The jumpsuit

  • The jumpsuit is delivered to an address in Australia, before the public launch on 22 October 2026.
  • The recipient must give us their size, colour choice and delivery address within the 48 hour claim period.

The treatment

  • The treatment is provided by Nurse Katerina at The Cosmetic Haus. It is subject to a consultation and to the recipient being clinically suitable.
  • If the recipient is not suitable, the treatment may be transferred once to one other person nominated by the recipient. That person must also complete a consultation and be clinically suitable.
  • The Cosmetic Haus is responsible for the treatment, its advice and its own terms. CSUITE is not responsible for the treatment or any outcome from it.
  • The treatment is not redeemable after 31 December 2026 and cannot be exchanged for cash.

General

  • The prize cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or transferred, except as set out above for the treatment.
  • If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may replace it with a prize of similar value.
  • We may disqualify anyone we reasonably believe has cheated, used fake accounts or broken these terms.
  • To the extent the law allows, the promoters are not liable for any loss or injury connected with the campaign or the prize, except where the law does not allow this.
  • We may end or change the campaign if something outside our control affects it, including technical failure.

Instagram

This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. You release Instagram and Meta from any liability in connection with it.

Your information

We use your Instagram handle to run the campaign and contact the recipient. Because joining the waitlist is a required step to enter, we also use your email as set out in our Privacy Policy, including sharing it with The Cosmetic Haus for the length of this campaign. The recipient agrees to be announced by their Instagram handle.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
